We also have another very special birthday today‼️‼️‼️
Please help me wish Barbara Davidian-Heinl a very HAPPY 75th BIRTHDAY‼️‼️‼️‼️🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Barb is so special and she’s my “gym mom” and has been one only my biggest supporters for many years‼️

She is so caring, kind and sweet‼️
She’s always willing to help out with anything I need or even the things I don’t even know I might need‼️🫶🏽

I talk about Barb to almost every new person that comes into our studio‼️

I tell them we never judge a book by its cover here because at 75yrs old, Barb keeps up with the 20 year olds and she holds planks and does burpees 5 days a week‼️

She’s so strong and active and it truly shows she’s dedicated a lot of her time to being fit and healthy‼️
Our members & myself always say we want to be Miss Barb🫶🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Please help me wish Victoria Utt a very HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY‼️‼️‼️🎉
To know her is to love her and to watch her over these past 2 1/2 years, start our fitness program, change her life and gain a new side hustle employment has been so inspirational for so many of us to witness at our studio‼️
I can’t say enough amazing things about her and I’m so proud of all that she’s accomplishing‼️
She’s kind, caring, hard working, helpful and so beautiful inside and out‼️
We are blessed to have you at our studio as an instructor, teammate and true friend‼️🫶🏽😍
