One of the things we love most about our community is that every week there are stories worth celebrating.

We all have one! Big wins. Small wins. Personal victories. Moments of courage. Moments of consistency.

When we take the time to notice them, we get to encourage one another and celebrate the progress happening all around us.

Since joining DNA Fitness in 2017, Maritza has continued to prioritize her health through different seasons of life. She started in our group classes, made adjustments along the way, and has remained committed to showing up for herself year after year.

Not because it’s always easy.

But because she understands that taking care of her health matters.

Hi my name is Thaisha

“I was definitely a newbie to CrossFit and this style of working out so I was nervous when I first started at the gym. But everyone made it feel really welcoming, between the members and the coaches I immediately felt like I had been going there for years. What’s helped me the most is having a supportive group and starting being able to go at my own pace while still feeling encouraged to push myself. I’ve really enjoyed seeing my progress and how much stronger I am. Even making fitness a consistent part of my routine. The community has made a big difference, it feels motivating to be around people who are all working toward their own goals and cheering you on to reach yours. I’ve made some friends here that I know will be friends for life!” 💙
