Somewhere in this community, a minivan is quietly becoming a haunted house. 🎃🚗

Trunk or Treat is back — Saturday, October 17. Free, and open to everyone.

Our families decorate their trunks, line them up in our lot, and turn one row of parking spaces into the best Halloween stop in the neighborhood. Last year we had so many amazing trunks! We’re not calling it a competition. We’re just saying somebody won best costume AND best trunk!

🕔 5:00 PM — Tigers (6 & under)
🕕 6:00 PM — Juniors (7+)
🕖 7:00 PM — Juniors (7+)

Tournament weekend is here, Lions! 🥋🔥

Please review the weekend schedule carefully:

📅 Friday, August 28: Black Belts only
⏰ Black Belt competition begins at 6:00 PM
Friday classes will follow a modified schedule.

📅 Saturday, August 29: All Tigers and Color Belts — all ages
There will be no regular classes at any location on Saturday because our instructors and team members will be supporting the tournament.

Before leaving home, make sure your athlete has:
🥋 Full uniform and belt
🥊 All required sparring equipment
⚔️ Their competition weapon, when applicable
💧 Water
🍎 A snack

Registration for the Fall 2026 Intra-School Tournament closes tonight at 10:00 PM.

Give your athlete the opportunity to step onto the mat, challenge themselves and experience the three reasons we compete:

Athletes will not be able to register after the deadline, and there will be no on-site registration. Advance registration allows our team to prepare divisions and provide a timely, efficient experience for every athlete and family.
