Happy Gotcha Day Trooper! 🐈‍⬛

Thanks to this little guy was given a second chance at life. He was found as a kitten dragging his leg which ultimately needed to be amputated.

Post surgery I took him under my wing, but it was my other cat Ranger who adopted him. They were inseparable from day one. I often say I got my cat a cat.

The selfless work that North Fork Country Kids Rescue does is amazing. As a supporter, temporary foster, and adopter, I’ve seen first hand the incredible work they do to be a voice for the voiceless.

I encourage you to support them in their continuous efforts. Thanks to them, and support from you, kittens/ cats like Trooper are happy and thriving today!

Today I rode with Roland…

It was the first time since 2022 - when JABS closed

When JABS was born in 2011, Roland came on board and history was made

JABS became the go to place for group fitness and Roland was the spin leader

Together we created a community that is still talked about today

It took me 3 years to ride with Roland again… probably bc I was afraid of remembering what I lost

And I was right, I was brought to tears in today’s class

I was reminded of the amazing people, trainers/ instructors, and energy that was JABS

I don’t think I ever mourned JABS

I had to pivot and keep on going, bc that’s life

But today, in Roland’s class, I mourned …but
I also felt pride

How cool is it to create something that leaves a mark on this world

JABS was my first born and I am so proud of what she accomplished

To everyoneI that was a part of it, I thank you, appreciate you, and you will always have a special part in my heart for you

I continue to bring the same drive and enthusiasm to Jill Schroeder Training

So if I haven’t seen you, stop in for some burpees
