We have 2 custom ice rids rods left over in stock. The first rod we have have a 32 inch light action with a black walnut and white oak handle with burnt in crappies. The second rod is a 26 inch yeti rod.

With ice season coming to an end quickly this will be the last call for any ice rod build orders. The last day to order ice rods will be February 28th. We will start taking ice rod orders again in September. Thank you and tight lines!!

What a September it has been! We welcomed our second new little rod builder in this world Koda Hunter, and my dad was able too punch his bear tag as well of course he was rocking some 8T custom rod swag, and we were also asked to donate a few rods to young man who has a brain cyst. We also have another donation rod going to another charity cause.

Hey folks sorry it’s been a long time since we posted any new rod builds. It’s been a crazy summer.

I am opening up custom ice rod orders today! I’ll be working on the last few open water rods and start stocking up on our Yeti inline series and our Legend series ice rods.

Happy Heavenly 23rd Birthday Tanner!! Please keep all of us fisherman safe and help us get the keepers!

I know I post this every year, but Tanners story is a story that needs to be told because he is a legend!

Tanner sadly past away 10 years ago in an ATV accident, he was only 12. He always loved to be on the water catching the biggens and loves to be out in the woods hunting for the buck of a lifetime. It didn’t matter where he went he would always find away to be go outside and enjoy Gods creation. He never failed to come back with a tall tale about the “ world record musky”he almost caught or the monster buck he shot at that got away. It’s these story’s that made him such a legend and a boy that loved the outdoors. It was dream of his to have his own outdoor business and so when he passed away i decided to make his dream come true. 8T custom rods isn’t just a small fishing business but a dream and memories that will always live on. So if you are going fishing this weekend catch a big one for Tanner!

Took a little break from building rods for a few weeks and decided to do this project that’s been sitting for a couple years. Almost done with it just a few things left to do on the trailer and boat!! I’ll start building some sweet rods next weekend!!
