The AYSF Leadership Program, led by President Grandmaster Hyun Kim, was established several years ago through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the World Sport Committees. Since its founding, the program has been dedicated to developing future leaders by using Taekwondo as a platform to promote leadership, character, responsibility, and international friendship.

One of the primary goals of the USA World Sport Committee is to provide meaningful leadership opportunities for AYSF members while strengthening cooperation between AYSF and the USA Sport Committee. Through this partnership, we were honored to send five outstanding AYSF youth leaders to participate in an international cultural exchange program held alongside the World Sport Event. The program provides students with valuable opportunities to experience different cultures, build friendships with participants from around the world, and broaden their global perspective through Taekwondo.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to President Hyunsuk Seo for making this wonderful opportunity possible. His support and vision have given our young leaders an unforgettable experience that will help prepare them to become future leaders in the Taekwondo community.

AYSF and USA Sport Committee remain committed to providing educational and international exchange opportunities that inspire the next generation to lead with integrity, respect, and a spirit of global cooperation through Taekwondo.
