Happy Holidays to everyone! New session of classes will begin Sunday, January 6. Join us then for long fist, sword, and a new class: Tai Zhu Chang Quan.

Tai Zhu Chang Quan is an ancient form we inherited from our Grandmaster Liu Yun-Chiao, and taught to us by our Master Adam Hsu. It looks to have been created some time between our original Northern Long Fist styles and Taiji Quan. In appearance, it is deceptively simple. However, the form is the framework for multiple layers of practice which bring depth and more mastery to those who are willing to practice it with patience and mindfulness.

This practice is appropriate for newcomers as well as experienced students.
