Would you believe me if I told you Florida has white water? Just like high water levels, low levels change a rivers character. This was the first of 3 shoals on the Suwannee River Wilderness Trail we navigated. With the weight we were carrying from our gear and the tailwind pushing us around, these shoals became quite technical. What class would you consider this rapid?
