Progress doesn’t always come with a smile—and that’s okay. 💙

It’s only her second Survival Swim lesson, and she’s still figuring out how she feels about this whole swimming thing. There are some tears, some protests, and plenty of reassurance along the way.

Her coach stays calm and comforting, Mom is right there cheering her on from the edge, and little by little, she keeps working through it. 👏

And she’s got some pretty great examples to follow—her two older siblings have already been through Survival Swim and are now swimming their way through Stroke School!

One lesson at a time. One skill at a time. One little win at a time. 🏊‍♀️💙

Little swimmer. BIG skills. 💙

Swim, float, swim. Finding the wall. Pulling himself up. And even practicing what to do after an unexpected tumble into the water.

He may not be walking quite yet, but he’s already learning how to move through the water with confidence.

And one of our favorite parts? Look how comfortable he is. No tears. No panic. Just learning, practicing, and building skills one little swim at a time. 🫧

Because confidence around the water doesn’t happen overnight—it grows through positive, consistent practice.

It takes a whole team to keep the pool running smoothly.
And occasionally, to get one kickboard across the pool. 🤣

This is what practice looks like when it starts to stick. 💙

After several lessons, this little swimmer is feeling more comfortable and confident in the water—and you can see it!

But one of our favorite parts? When she starts to feel tired or a little uncomfortable, she knows exactly what to do: Swim. Float. Swim. 💦

Those skills aren’t just something we practice during a lesson. The goal is for them to become something our swimmers can turn to when they need them.

Confidence grows with consistency—and so do safer, stronger swimmers. 🏊‍♀️

Swim. Float. Swim. 💙

Coach Claudia is helping little swimmers learn how to move through the water, roll onto their backs to rest and breathe, and then get right back to swimming.

It’s a simple sequence that builds some pretty big skills—water awareness, confidence, and the ability to stay calm while putting it all together. 🏊‍♀️

One skill at a time, one confident swimmer at a time. 💦

Dives, strokes, flip turns—and plenty of progress along the way! 🏊‍♂️

In Stroke School, swimmers build on the fundamentals while learning the techniques that help them become stronger, more confident, and more efficient in the water.

Every dive, turn, and lap is another opportunity to learn—and these swimmers are putting in the work! 💙
