A few items MUST be taken care of prior to you registering for USA Swimming online.

Every swimmer must have already paid the Team Registration/Ga Swimming Registration Portion which was the $135 Team Reg due a few weeks ago. We stilll have new folks that have not paid your fees. *Your swimmer will NOT be fully registered and not able to compete unless this is taken care of.

Changes to our orginal plan for the ***Returning CWGA swimmers the USA Swimming season is now listed as 09-01-2022 thorugh 08/29/2023, so you also will NEED to pay the $135 Team Registration and go ahead and complete the online USA Swimming portion available on Sept 1st at 5pm.

****FOR THOSE swimmers swimming in meets in SEPT this registration MUST be completed by noon on Sept 2nd.




The USA Swimming Online Registration link will be going LIVE on Sept.1st at 5pm. This link is ONLY for the WAVES team, as it will register the swimmer to CWGA team.

Again PRIOR to 5pm on Sept 1st each parent will need to watch a youtube video on how to register online.

Each swimmer will receive a hand out tomorrow 8/31 with the details on how to view the video and important info on fees. I am also including the youtube link here- https://youtu.be/nXhm9ClI1s4

I have arranged for veteran Waves' parents to assist people with meet event sign up for this first meet.
WAVES assistance table will be located at the CAC Upstairs. You MUST bring your personal smart phone, IPAD or computer to have assistance. The WAVES parents will guide you through the meet entry steps.

*In the future the deadline will not be extended. This is a first time meet for many new swimmers on our team.
