Good sleep is key to feeling your best! This week, we're sharing tips on how your eating habits can improve your rest:

✨ Limit caffeine in the afternoon/evening – Avoid that late-afternoon coffee or tea to help your body wind down naturally.
✨ Avoid heavy meals before bed – Eating too much late at night can interfere with sleep. Aim for light, easily digestible meals.
✨ Eat at regular hours – Your body loves routine! Try to eat meals at consistent times to regulate your sleep cycle.
