Grit & Grace Hot Yoga offered its first class on May 14, 2022. We started with 11 classes a week. and have been with us since the start, words cannot express how deep my gratitude extends to them both.

Today, The Heart Studio has expanded to 2 suites at the Settendown location and the beautiful City Center.
