Starting Tuesday, Jan 6th and Thursday, Jan 8th, we’re adding Senior Breath & Balance (Slow & Steady) to our weekly schedule!
This gentle, beginner-friendly class is designed to help you feel steadier, stronger, and more flexible in everyday life with easy movements like chair squats, heel raises, wall push-ups, leg lifts, Tai Chi–inspired flow, Pilates-style core work, and mindful breathing.
