Spring Gap Farm - AK Equine Spring Gap Farm offers private and group riding lessons, summer day camps and guided rides. We welcome riders of all ages and abilities!

Spring Gap Farm (AK Equine) offers a secure and enjoyable environment where clients can learn horse riding and appreciate the sport. We provide a range of programs for all levels, from beginner to advanced. Our beginner programs are designed to be fun and engaging with horses. As clients progress, we gradually introduce the technical aspects of riding, allowing everyone to advance at a comfortable

pace. SGF participates in local horse shows, hunter paces, fox hunts, and many other exciting events. Located in Cumberland, Maryland, Spring Gap Farm invites you to join in the fun today! All services are available strictly by appointment, and instructional guided rides necessitate a 48-hour advance notice. We appreciate your cooperation.

We are SO close to kicking off our first session of Horsin’ Around Summer Camp at Spring Gap Farm! 🐴☀️

There’s still time to register your child for one of our SIX summer camp sessions! With multiple weeks available throughout the summer, it’s easy to find a session that works around family vacations and busy schedules.

Campers will enjoy riding, horse care, games, horsemanship lessons, and making new friends in a safe, fun environment.

• June 15–19
• June 22–26
• July 6–10
• July 20–24
• July 27–31
• August 10–14

9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Ages 5+

There’s nothing quite like summer at the barn. Pony snuggles, riding lessons, barn laughs, dirty boots, and making memories that last long after camp ends.

Our campers spend their days learning horsemanship skills, enjoying hands-on horse care, playing fun games, and building confidence both in and out of the saddle.
