46 years. 46 seasons of memories, music, movement, and moments we will cherish forever. What began as a dream inside one small studio has grown into a community filled with love, tradition, and generations of dancers who have called Cheryl’s School of Dance home.

As another recital season comes to a close, we are filled with gratitude. Thank you for an incredible recital weekend and for allowing us to continue doing what we love most - sharing the joy of dance with all of you.

To our dancers - every single one of you left it ALL on that stage. Watching you perform, grow, and shine is why we do this, and we are so proud of each and every one of you.

To our dance families - the heart behind every bun, costume, early morning, and late night - thank you for your endless love and support.

To our teachers and staff - thank you for the passion, dedication, and care you pour into our dancers each and every day. We’re so grateful for all of you.

To our Stage Moms and supporters - thank you for helping make the magic of recital possible year after year.

To our CSD Alumni - thank you for always coming home to help us celebrate recital season. There is truly nothing like the CSD family.

To Vast Live Events, Elissa, Gustavo, Becca, and Jennifer - thank you for bringing “Dream Big” to life and making our stage look and sound absolutely amazing.

And to our family- thank you for always being our biggest supporters. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

It takes a village, and this recital would not have been possible without all of you. Thank you for being part of our story and for making our 46th season so unforgettable.

Dear Parents, 

As you take your seat in the theater this weekend, pause to soak in the magic of this moment. In front of you is your child, growing as they share a piece of their heart on stage. It’s easy to get lost in the logistics, the costumes, coordinating schedules, the care rides- but these memories are precious, and will become life long memories for the whole family. 

Years from now, when the stage is a distant memory, you’ll find yourself longing for these small moments of wonder and pride. Let this be a reminder to hold them close. Your support, your applause, and your presence gives your student the confidence to dream bigger and reach higher. 

This weekend, be present. Breathe in every bow, every leap, every sparkle in their eyes. You’re not just watching a recital- you’re watching your child accomplish what they’ve worked so hard for. Thank you for being part of this journey.

Join us in celebrating Bella Piccardi, one of our graduating seniors of 2026! 🎓

Bella has been dancing at Cheryl’s School of Dance for 16 years, and it has been such a joy to watch her journey through the years and see her grow into the person she is today.

Bella, we are so proud of you and excited to see where your dreams take you next! ✨

⭐️🎓 Senior Reflection by Bella 🎓⭐️

After 16 years, it feels impossible to find the words to encompass what CSD has meant to me. Starting dance at just 2 years old, I can’t remember a time in my life without it. Dance has allowed me to be myself, surrounded by friends that have become my family. Through every stage in my life, the studio has been my safe place, my comfort, my second home; and it will be incredibly difficult to say goodbye. When I began my first year at Cheryl’s as a Rainbow Ballerina, my mom thought that dance would be a fun activity for me to be able to make friends and learn new things. However, once I started dancing competitively at 5 years old, dance began to shape my life. What began as an after school activity quickly became one of the greatest impacts of my life. From late night award ceremonies to putting on full hair and makeup in the hotel room before the sun rises, and chatting for an extra hour after rehearsal had already ended, I’ve gained memories that I will forever cherish. Now, with my time coming to an end as a CSD dancer, I look back on my experiences and am beyond grateful. Dance has taught me things that school couldn’t. I’ve learned the importance of hard-work, dedication, respect, and so much more that I wouldn’t have without dance. Through the bad times and the good, my CSD family has always been there, and I am forever thankful!

Join us in celebrating Ava DiNoble, one of our graduating seniors of 2026! 🎓

Ava has been part of Cheryl’s School of Dance for 13 years, and it has been an absolute joy watching her grow throughout the years both in and out of the studio. 🩵💙

Ava, we are so proud of you and can’t wait to see all that your future holds! ✨

⭐️🎓 Senior Reflection by Ava 🎓⭐️

My name is Ava DiNobile and I have been dancing at Cheryl’s School of Dance for 13 years. My parents put me in dance and karate at 3 years old to give me something to do. Without a doubt, I chose dance and little did they know, I would fall in love with it. I took my first ballet class at CSD when I was 3 and I joined the competition team when I turned 6. Joining the competition team was one of the best decisions my parents and I have made. When I was little, I always looked up to the older girls, and to be one of them now feels surreal.

Dancing has always been an outlet for me to express myself. Everytime I have faced something challenging in my personal life, dance has been there for me. I have literally put my blood, sweat, and tears into dance and I am so happy I did. The studio has become a second home where I've made so many amazing memories with the girls, the moms, my dance teachers and even the dance dads. Through all the long nights at the studio and competitions I have learned discipline, confidence, patience, and how to stay consistent.

Looking back on my time at CSD, l am grateful for all the experiences and lessons it has given me. Dance hasn’t only shaped who I am as a performer, but as a person. The friendships, accomplishments, and memories l have gained will stay with me for years to come. I am so proud of what I have achieved over my 13 years of dancing and it wouldn’t be possible without my team. Thank you to Cheryl’s School of Dance and everyone who has supported me throughout my time at CSD!
