If you’ve ever wondered whether Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu would be good for your child, this is your chance to find out without signing up for anything.

Kids ages 4–12 will get on the mats, learn some real Jiu-Jitsu, meet our coaches, have fun, and experience the atmosphere at SBG Maryland.

Parents—come watch. Ask questions. Meet us. See how we coach.
