Don’t ever limit yourself. Limitations exist only in the mind. Your beliefs limit you more than anything if you allow it to. If you constantly have limiting beliefs, you will never seek solutions to improve how you age. Instead, you’ll find excuse after excuse not to change your lifestyle or your limiting ways! But with an open mind, you’ll be open to growth and improvement. The human body is incredibly capable of more than any of us think. Take command of your thoughts and your actions today so that you’ll come out on the winning end of things down the stretch… And what I mean by winning end - Full autonomy and self sustainability! The reassurance you will be fully independent in your later years by avoiding ending up at a nursing home and having a nurse wipe your ass and feed you for the rest of your miserable years there! 💪🏽🔥

WHY YOU MAY WANT TO THINK TWICE BEFORE SETTING FOOT INSIDE ANY GYM! 😳⚠️

There is NOTHING that trumps outdoor training where you’re getting plenty of sunlight (natural vitamin D) and grounding… If you’re training by a beach or lake, now you’re getting the TRIFECTA - Sunlight, grounding and the medicinal powers of the ocean sea salt. The gym is nothing more than a selling point to dummies. It’s full of mostly useless pieces of “exercise” machines and there are more ghost memberships than active!! LET THAT SINK IN!!
