Fight Injured Week! Thanks to our coaches for your creativity and tying in essential Krav Maga techniques with injuries.

Beginner class working on striking with one arm and defending choke from the front or choke from the front with a push (spoiler: with one arm it’s the same defense)

Advanced class doing ground work with a neck injury

Beginner/Intermediate working buck, trap, and roll with resistance and a foot injury (marbles in the sock much worse than you think)

Intermediate class working chokes from behind with drunk goggles (simulating a head injury or…being drunk)
