Football Program/Next Two Weeks Schedule

Mon- Conditioning/Weight Training 5:30 Pm until 7:00 pm

Wed- No lifting

Thursday- 1st day of Practice (Cannot practice without current Completed VHSL Physical) 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. All players bring a combination lock for the field house locker. Report to the weight room.

Fri- Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sat- Practice 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Mon (31 Jul)- Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Tues (1 Aug)- Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Wed (2 Aug) - Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Thurs (3 Aug) - Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Fri (4 Aug) - Practice 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Sat (5 Aug) - Practice 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Summer training resumes tomorrow. We train from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm on Monday, Wed and Thurs. Everyone must have a updated physical to participate. First day of practice is 27 Jul. We will practice in the afternoons at the school. Reach out to Coach Sherry for details ([email protected]).

Jul 2-9, there are no organized team activities. We will return to lifting on 10 Jul. For the committed, well done. You are being challenged and thriving. Not committed, stop making excuses and we will see you on 10 Jul. Enjoy the break, spend time with families and win the day!
