We are unlike the regular gym, where you go and do your own thing. At CROSSFIT CULPEPER you will be coached each and every time you walk through the door. Regardless of your current condition or age, you can improve your fitness and health. Our conditioning program is different from what you are used to as we will teach you basic gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting and we will teach you things that

you have NEVER thought possible like hand stand push-ups or muscle-ups. Think of it as cardio and strength training, rolled into one eclectic, efficient package. Last night I struggled. I had strong cravings that pulled me into the kitchen. I had a choice to eat some left over Xmas /holiday candy we had laying around the house or eat the oranges and strawberries that I had.
I forced myself to eat the fruit which was obviously the right decision, but if I didn’t have those ready what would I have eaten instead?
What are your struggles either during the day or at night?
What calls to you to eat and how are you overcoming the urges?
