Specific Areas of Risk for Different Dog Sports & Event Massage
This educational session will focus on common areas of physical stress and injury risk associated with various canine sports. Participants will learn how different activities affect the canine athlete and how event massage can help support performance, recovery, and overall wellness.
Whether you participate in agility, obedience, scent work, dock diving, rally, or other canine sports, this workshop will provide valuable insights into keeping your dog healthy and performing at their best.

Dr. Andrea Ballou Is Coming Back to K9 Bondz
We are excited to welcome Dr. Andrea Ballou, DVM, CCRP back for another Canine Conditioning Workshop designed to help keep your canine athletes fit, strong, and injury free.
This workshop is ideal for dogs of all activity levels, from sport dogs to active family companions. Dr. Ballou brings her expertise as a veterinarian and Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner to help you understand proper conditioning, safe strengthening exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
Dr. Ballou graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000 and completed her CCRP certification at the University of Tennessee in 2017. She specializes in pain management and currently practices at Willow Animal Hospital in Vint Hill.
Spots are limited. Early registration is encouraged.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to for such an educational and inspiring workshop on Canine Conditioning for Injury Prevention!

Despite the not-so-sunny weather forecast, we had a wonderful turnout — and we’re so grateful to everyone who came out and participated. 🌥️🐾

There was so much valuable information shared. We learned a lot, and now we have even more great tools (and notes!) to review and put into practice to help keep our canine athletes strong, balanced, and injury-free.

Workshop Update – Sunday at 10:00 AM
Good evening everyone,

We are planning to hold the workshop tomorrow (Sunday) at 10:00 AM as scheduled.
The forecast shows a chance of light precipitation late tonight into early Sunday morning, possibly a rain/snow mix. Any snowfall is expected to be minimal with little to no accumulation. Temperatures will be cold in the morning, so please allow a little extra travel time and use caution on the roads.
At this time, we are moving forward as planned. If anything changes, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We look forward to seeing you at 10:00 AM!

📣 Workshop Weather Update: Canine Conditioning for Injury Prevention
We are still planning to hold the Canine Conditioning for Injury Prevention Workshop with Andrea Ballou, DVM, CCRP this Sunday at the scheduled time.
With the forecast calling for possible snow in Culpeper, we’re keeping a close eye on the weather. ❄️
A final decision will be made today when we have the latest forecast.
