🔥 GOALS! What are yours??? 🔥

✨ We all walk in for different reasons… but we all leave stronger. ✨
Here are a few simple ways to start making real progress:
✅ 1. Show up consistently (3–4 days a week)
Progress doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from consistency. Keep showing up, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
✅ 2. Work on YOUR goal every time you’re in the gym
If you have a specific goal—you NEED to touch it every visit. Even if it’s just 5 minutes ⏱️
👉 Want your first pull-up? Spend 5 minutes jumping up, holding, or banding it.
👉 Chasing your first toes-to-bar? Practice the swing and timing every day.
👉 Need to find your rhythm? Reps, reps, reps.
Small, consistent effort = BIG breakthroughs 💥
👉 Working on form or mobility?
Grab a wall ball ⚪ or an empty bar and practice squatting to depth. Feel what “good” looks like BEFORE loading it up.
Dialing in technique now = stronger, safer lifts later 🏋️♀️
✅ 3. Trust the process
You don’t need to have it all figured out. That’s what your coaches are here for! 🎯
✅ 4. Focus on YOU
Don’t compare your chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 10. Stay in your lane and celebrate your wins 🎉
✅ 5. Put in the effort
Give what you have THAT day. Some days it’s 100%, some days it’s 60%—but it all counts 💯
