We’re a little over a week away from our very first, Murph Challenge!
A workout that stands for so much more than just a workout.
It’s a moment that our community gets together, for one mission!
And together, we take on MURPH.
Every rep carries the same purpose, to honor the life and sacrifice of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.

On Saturday, May 23, the first 50 people to do Murph with us, will receive a commemorative CFTV-Murph patch. Wear it proudly on your vest, your backpack and display it with pride!
We’ll see you in class.

HUGE SHOUTOUT to these guys at McPherson Electric ! Our sauna stopped heating and all our members know… that just wasn’t going to cut it. They came out and determined we needed a new control panel. Sisu sent us a new one and these guys got us up and running again!
Always appreciate their hard work to keep us small businesses up and running… from the bright lights to the sauna , thank you guys!
