At Courtney’s Dance Artistry, classes are designed to stimulate the enjoyment of dance while laying an important foundation for further training. As the dancer advances, the variety and intensity of the class work increases. Some dancers may choose to join CDA’s Elite Competition Team and compete their dances, which leads to the possibility of college scholarships and professional careers in dance

; while others may participate in dance for the exercise and pure enjoyment of the art form; also eligible for advanced Elite class placement.

As we prepare to head to KAR Nationals, we’d like to take a moment to recognize the routines that earned Overall Placement Awards during our regional season.

These dancers and choreographers achieved something special, standing out among hundreds of performances and earning spots in the Overall Awards.

✨ CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2026–2027 CDA ELITE TRIBE! ✨

Today, we are proud to officially welcome and celebrate the incredible dancers who have earned their place on this year’s CDA Elite Tribe Competition Team! 💙💚

By signing their Elite Tribe contracts, these dancers have committed themselves to a season of dedication, growth, perseverance, and teamwork. They have chosen to challenge themselves, push beyond their comfort zones, and pursue excellence both on and off the stage.

This season will bring new skills, unforgettable performances, lasting friendships, exciting opportunities, and memories that will stay with them for years to come. There will be long rehearsals, hard work, victories, lessons learned, and moments that remind them just how capable they truly are.

At Courtney’s Dance Artistry, we believe competition is about so much more than trophies. It is about building confidence, developing character, learning responsibility, supporting one another, and becoming the best version of yourself.
