Have you heard of the CrossFit Pyramid?
AKA the Theoretical Hierarchy of Development.

It serves as a visual representation of order in which fitness is built upon.

At its foundation is nutrition; providing the fuel your body needs for health, recovery, and performance.

From there, we work on developing metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting skills, then sport. Each layer builds on the one below it.

The pyramid is a good reminder that true fitness is developed from the ground up. When our foundation is strong, performance at every level improves.
