Cross Country will have team conditioning on Tuesday and Thursday mornings 730-9am in June and July (excluding the 4th of July) beginning June 13th. We will do timing checkpoints and team/individual drills during those conditioning days. Runners should be conditioning on their own the other days. Time goals for Aug 7th, first day of fall practice, boys under 20:00 mins and girls under 24:00 mins. Each Tuesday I will highlight that week's goals for each individual runner. If you did not show up today for the first day of summer conditioning you need to contact me Thursday. Thank you!! Coach K.
