Yes, we work hard to become stronger athletes—but the greatest strength is often found in our character, our perseverance, and our faith.
This week, don't just focus on building physical strength. Build the kind of strength that helps you encourage others, overcome challenges, and keep moving forward even when things get tough.
Remember Sunday's verse from Isaiah 40:31: when we place our hope in the Lord, He renews our strength.

As August comes to a close, many of us are settling into new routines, new challenges, and new opportunities.

Some days we'll feel energized. Other days, we'll feel tired or overwhelmed.

The good news is that our strength doesn't have to come from ourselves. When we place our hope in the Lord, He renews us and gives us exactly what we need for each new day.

May you begin this week with confidence, knowing that God will sustain you through every challenge and celebrate every victory alongside you.
