🥋 Soryu Karate Tonight! 🥋

Join us this evening from 5:30–6:30 PM for Soryu Karate at Family Jiu Jitsu Karate.

This class is designed to teach more than just traditional katas. Students will also learn practical striking sequences while building discipline, confidence, coordination, and focus.

Led by Grandmaster Jeff Bonugli and Rokudon Tinker Bonugli, this class is built for students of all ages 5+ and all skill levels. Whether you’re brand new or already have martial arts experience, there’s a place for you on the mats.

Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Gi kicks off from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, followed by Adults BJJ in the Gi from 6:00 to 7:00 PM.

We’ll also have Strength and Conditioning in the back room from 5:00 to 6:00 PM for anyone ready to sweat, move, and get better.

Rain or shine, the mats are open. Bring the kids, bring yourself, and come put in some work.
