Coached by USA Swimming National Team Coach Robert White and two time WI High School Coach of the Year Ann White, this program delivers adults professional swim training and technique instruction for US Masters swimmers, triathletes, or those looking for a swim training plan to increase personal health, fitness and stroke efficiency.
