So we are well into our first week of 2022, and for millions of people it’s the first week of yet another diet attempt to “lose weight” or “get in shape”.

🤷‍♀️Did you know that by the second week of January 87% will have already broken their resolutions and by February over 90% will have quit.

In my opinion resolutions are made to be broken. Here are a few tips.
1)Set goals instead of resolutions “my goal is to lose 25lbs by the end of the year or”my goal is to drink more water”.
2)Set small goals through out the year to help you reach your big goal. You are more likely to be successful by goal setting than resolutions.
