Want to skate at the ROC? We offer public skating and open pond hockey times throughout the winter.

Public skating:
Fridays, 5:45 - 7:15 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays, 12:15 - 1:45 p.m.
FEE: Youth and seniors are $4 per person OR $35 for 10 passes. Adults are $5 per person OR $40 for 10 passes.

Free open pond hockey:
Saturdays and Sundays, 11 a.m. - noon

Skate rentals and warming houses are available on select days and times. Visit the city's website for the schedule.

Registration is now open for the 2025-26 MN Special Hockey season for all players and volunteers! This season will be an exciting one as it marks 20 years of making organized ice hockey available to all Minnesotans with a developmental disability!

Note: players who need jerseys must register by September 22nd to get a jersey in time for the first game. All other registrations must be completed no later than October 15th.

The MN Wild is the BEST❤️💚

Thank you Minnesota Wild Gives Back and Minnesota Wild for your support and generosity this past season! Through the partnership in Split the Pot Raffles, MN Special Hockey received over $45,000 to support our program and help make hockey available to every person in Minnesota with developmental disabilities.

When saying "thank you" doesn't seem like enough.

The Hendrickson Foundation is a huge supporter of Minnesota Special Hockey and this year is no different with an incredibly generous donation to MSH in support of our 2025-26 season. HF's generosity not only helps support our 300+ players across the state but also highlights the message that inclusion matters and ensures that every person in Minnesota, no matter their abilities, deserves a chance to play hockey.

On behalf of every Special Hockey player who feels a sense of pride wearing their MSH jersey, every family member watching their player grow and learn both on and off the ice, every volunteer and coach who gives their time and passion, and the entire Minnesota Special Hockey family—thank you Hendrickson Foundation.
