It takes an awful lot for me to get emotional. However, when I saw this picture I almost cried! I started spray tanning these girls when they were in junior high, and I have watched them grow into the most amazing young women! I am going to miss y’all so much next year but I am so proud of each one of you.(Megan Maddox, I don’t have a picture of you yet😜) Y’all make 11:00pm spray tans so much fun!

This year has started out busy for Core Training. I am so proud of the dedicated people that are coming to literally a class each day! To avoid people training the same muscle group three days in a row, I am posting a training schedule. I want to keep everyone safe, not to sore, and coming back🙂Hope this helps!
