I found this old post of me, over ten years ago, teaching women's self defense.
I've come a long way since those days. This was before I became an instructor in Russian Systema martial arts.
But It's been great fun.

Just last night I taught a 14 year old young woman. She did incredibly well. They plan to return for more lessons and more fun. (I didn't take pictures last night)
