💥 Your reading that right! Co-ed stunting is back!! Along with our monthly flyer class! This class is designed to help grow your flying skills flexibility and body awareness! All Empire Flyers are HIGHLY encouraged to attend!

‼️NEW CLASS - Level 0 Tumbling this class has been asked for and you shall receive! This is a beginner level tumbling class. This class focuses on the fundamentals of tumbling to grow stronger skills! Ages 2-5 years old!

🤡 The Jesters class is back! Fun parent and athlete interactive class that is all about coordination, tumbling and fundamentals! Ages 1.5-4.

All classes are guaranteed to fully book do not wait to sign up! 🖤⏰

The crown isn't earned by standing still—it belongs to those who never stop growing.

This weekend, our coaching staff stepped away from the gym to train, recharge, connect, and sharpen our vision for the season ahead. Every conversation, every lesson, and every challenge was focused on one thing... becoming better leaders for our athletes.

Because if we expect our athletes to grow, we have to be willing to grow first.

Champions aren't built by coaches who settle. They're built by coaches who continue to learn, evolve, and raise the standard every single season.

We're returning with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a clear mission. The foundation has been laid, the vision is set, and now it's time to put it all into action.

The throne isn't given—it is earned.
