Working out is the number one antidepressant!

Exercise releases natural cannabis-like chemicals in our brains , and other feel good chemicals!

It also takes your mind off of all the things that are stressing you out!

Right now I feel like a lot of Americans are struggling with their mental health, more so now than ever!

It couldn't be more obvious that this rapid decline in mental health is not a coincidence when you also look at the fact that over 70% of Americans are overweight or obese!

Our bodies have all kinds of ways to let us know that something isn't right, and the symptoms aren't always physical.

But we have became a society that takes the quick fix over the long term solution.

We just throw drugs at all of our problems and then we wonder why our lives are a train wreck!

It is no secret that when you don't take care of things they don't work properly!
⠀
Most of you reading this are probably sticklers about the maintenance on your truck, harley, lawn equipment, and any other toys or machines that you have!

However when it comes to your own mind and body you feed it with garbage and never perform proper maintenance!

Then you wonder why you are depressed and frustrated 24/7!
⠀
You may not even be that overweight!
⠀
You don't have to weigh 400lbs to be unhealthy, even just carrying around 30 extra lbs can have you feeling pretty s**tty about yourself.. and you may not even be aware of it!

So if you have been feeling down, pi**ed off, stressed, or any other negative emotion you can't seem to shake, I challenge you to get out and be active!

Your mood will almost immediately improve, and if you continue to go back every single day those effects will compound, and the next thing you know you will have a hard time finding things that even get you pi**ed off anymore!
