Good Morning Warriors:
Round 2:
Two weeks ago I finished the first 13 weeks Climber and Kettlebell challenge. I did them 5 times a week, 52 minutes of climbing, and 1/2 hour of Kettlebell training, at the end of the 13 weeks I did 80 hours of fasting and I lost 20 lbs altogether, I started at 240 lbs I weigh now 220 lbs. So my new goal is to get to 200Lb in the next 13 weeks.
This is the result of my first week:
