CTW 16U Lieflander is a team that is moving from Pro Player Hurricanes in Fall 2024. Our move to CTW is intended to elevate our team with elite talent from the surrounding area as CTW has a long history as the premier program in McHenry County and one of the best in Northern IL. We will offer a year-round travel program where players can anticipate training and development throughout the season, i

ncluding winter work at the CTW Fastpitch indoor training facility. Competitive local & regional tournaments with showcase/exposure opportunties are played in the Fall, Winter, and Summer months. The team will also enjoy strength and speed training in the Winter with TNT Athletics

We strive to provide our players with the training, guidance, and resources needed to pursue a future in competitive softball at the highest levels to which they aspire. We prioritize player development, character development and team chemistry to empower players (and their families!) to feel confident and focus on their individual journeys while building lasting relationships and a fulfilling softball community along the way. Above all else we are stewards for our players' love of the game. The amount of extra work and focus required to compete at the elite levels requires a strong love and passion for the game to keep showing up with discipline and consistency.
