Campers vs. Camp Counselors… I think we could tell who had a more enjoyable experience!😅😄

Yesterday, Teen Camp took on Six Flags Great America and had an amazing day filled with fun, laughs and thrills! Thank you to all of the camp counselors and staff for making this experience possible for all of the campers!

In the mood for some darn good country music? Well, you’re in luck! Tonight, Tu, Jun 16, Chicago’s Sara Jean Stevens and the Swamp Angels are bringing their unique blend of modern country and roadhouse honky-tonk to Concerts in the Park at Lake Main Beach, 300 Lakeshore Drive, Crystal Lake at 7 pm. Arrive early and enjoy a FREE line dance lesson at 6 pm

Calling all tweens & teens (ages 11-14) interested in exploring the world of watercraft on Crystal Lake! Only 4 spots left in our 2026 Lake Leisure Camp.

Campers will explore the lake using a variety of watercraft including kayaks, canoes and stand up paddleboard. This camp will foster a sense of exploration while learning the importance of lake safety. A camp t-shirt is included in the registration fee.

Slither, hop and explore the world of reptiles and amphibians. Learn how frogs, salamanders, turtles, and snakes survive in local habitats, what makes them unique, and who they are important to healthy ecosystems. 🐸🐍

Come observe live animals and discover how to help protect these fascinating creatures. Meet some of our reptile and amphibian residents at the top of each hour 10 am-4 pm at the Nature Center.

The Nature Center is located on 330 N Main St, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 and is open 10:00AM-5:00PM everyday!
