These new classes listed below will begin Friday June 21st.

Friday Schedule

5pm: Intermediate/Advanced Striking & Sparring
Who: Students who have 4-6 months of consistent training (and/or recommended by Chuck or Justin
Gear: Everyone coming to this class must have their own equipment. We will not provide gear. Please see list below and anything. You may need we can order for you.

- Mouthguard
- Approved Shin Pads (No thin slip-ons allowed)
- 14oz Boxing Gloves (NO MMA Gloves)
- Handwraps (optional)
- Headgear (Optional)
- Jump Rope
- Uniform should be team curran shorts and shirt/rashguard/jersey

Class Description: This class will focus on sparring drills such as Dutch style (back and forth partner) drilling and Timing sparring (light contact) style free sparring rounds.

Doors will be open at 4:30pm on Friday so students can gear up and be ready to go.

6pm: NOGI Takedown/Takedown Defense for BJJ.
Who: Students attending this class must be comfortable doing live training and have a minimum of 50 hrs (1 Stripe) to attend. If you are unsure, please check with Justin, Chuck or Professor Curran.
Uniform: Team Curran Shorts (or other shorts with no zippers or pockets), Team Curran shirt/rashguard or jersey preferred

Class Description: This class will be focusing on takedowns and takedown defense including throws, double legs, single legs etc. There will also be live drilling, situational grappling rounds and a fixed number of Live rounds. This class is great for anyone who is a competitor or wishing to compete.

Note: Being that this is a Friday night, we ask everyone to be punctual (On Time) and ready to begin at 6pm. We want everyone to get this extra work but not supplement Friday for Saturday class. Please make this an addition to your current schedule and not instead of. Thank You.
