Our 🍁Greater Chicagoland Fall Invitational (GCFI) is fast approaching, and we are in need of more 👫volunteers to fill spots from Friday 9/11 through Sunday 9/13 at the Robert Crown Community Center (1801 Main St, Evanston, IL 60202).

We have 3 full days of skating and we need volunteers to:
📋 Help monitor skaters as they enter and leave the ice
🥇 Distribute awards
🏃‍♀️ Run papers
👷‍♀️ Take it all down on Sunday.

🎉 We've got great news to share from Skate Detroit's National Qualifying Series competition this week - Lydia took 4th place in Preliminary Girls! 👏 Way to go! 🎉

Skaters, we want to celebrate YOU! 🥳 If you competed recently, PM us a photo for a shoutout! Don't forget to include the placement and/or level and any details about the experience you would like to share! All competition shoutouts are also printed and displayed at our home rink, the Crystal Ice House, and distributed at the end of the skating season at our Annual Awards Banquet.
