The truth about dropping body fat is that it’s really not that complicated.. you’ve just been told the wrong things or fed false promises.

In reality you don’t need a “detox”, a “reset”, or a new program every week.

The meat and potatoes of fat loss really boils down to a few simple things —
1. A calorie deficit
2. Consistency
3. Patience with yourself + your goals.
That’s what actually works.

Fat loss doesn’t come from:
– eating “clean”
– working out more
– starting over every time you “fall off”

✨It comes from consistency + awareness.✨
