Lacrosse Travel Team Overview Season:
10U and 12U - Indoor Field - Nov 26 to Jan 21
14U and High School - Indoor Field & Box - Nov 26 to Feb 3
Practices:
1x a week - 1 hour of practice and 30 minutes of speed, agility, & power training.
Practices are on Mondays except for: 12/24, 12/31, and 1/21. Practices for these weeks TBD.
On tournament weeks there will be an additional day of practice. These practices will be 1.5 hours. Dates and times TBD.
Cost:
10U & 12U - $420 - 8 Weeks
2 tournaments:
The Big Freeze - Indoor Field - 12/30 in Westmont, IL
Icebreaker - Indoor Field - 1/21 in Glenview, IL
U14 & High School - $675 - 10 Weeks
3 tournaments:

Game On!... Games moved inside to The MAC - Athletic Complex, Crystal Lake IL

We are moving the 7v7 lacrosse league games inside today, 10/7/18. The fields at NUSC are in bad shape.

We will be playing Box.
Bring your short sticks and indoor shoes. NO Cleats.

-- Everyone is welcome. There is room for drop-in players. Drop-in players, please arrive early so you have time to register.

Times:
3rd - 6th Grade: 12 - 1:15pm
7th - 8th Grade: 1:15 - 2:30pm
High School: 2:30 - 3:45pm

Format: 25 minutes of coach guided pre-game drills and games as teaching tools followed up by 2- 25 minute running halves.

Tomorrow, Sunday 9/30, kicks off the start to the 7v7 fall league at NUSC field in Crystal Lake. This is a great opportunity to keep the stick in your hand and brush up on your skills. We will start each session with an emphasis on a particular skill and make that the focus of game play for the day.

Please share this with anyone you think would be interested in joining us.

This is at NUSC field by Snap On. The turf stadium at the MAC will be complete in November.

Dates: Sundays: Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct. 7, Oct 14, Oct 21

Last day to register for Winter Box League! 3rd-6th grade and Girls program starts tomorrow.

Prime Focus Lacrosse is proud to announce our Winter Box Lacrosse League at the MAC in Crystal Lake.  We run a pure box lacrosse program with backboards for rebounds, shot clock for quick possession, and goalies in full gear. The one thing not allowed is checking into the boards.
