No Excuse! Fitness I love sharing my passion with my clients! My greatest reward is watching my clients get strong and I am willing to work 7 days a week!

I am flexible with my hours and want to be accommodating with my clients busy schedules.

Hi everyone!! Hey spring is around the corner and our winter bodies will be exposed soon!!! Take advantage of our nice days and get out side if you don't have excess ability to a gym!
Other wise I do have some openings, come on by and check out my gym !! Your first workout is FREE!!!:-)

FYI! I know how costly it can be to purchase fitness equipment! Look in non traditional places to purchase things! I purchased a kettel bell today at Menards for a great price!!! When shopping check out clearance bins, you never know what treasure you can find!!

A fun suggestion to change up your workout routine, partner it up! Whether it be your signification other, or a friend it all ways puts a little competitive edge on the workout which means than you will work harder! Enjoy!

Happy Summer!
My suggestion for summer workouts is to get out side as much as possible! Playgrounds make for great gyms! Get creative with your workouts and incorporate
natures great out side gym!
