Next month we travel to Minnesota to see if James K. Dalton Jr. can break to 70+ World Trap Bar Deadlift record. Sunday's training session has us right on the cusp and ready to set the new record.

We have a muay-thai bag for all strikes (punches, elbows, knees, kicks), a couple heavy bags, a body snatcher bag and aqua bag to work on your body shots, upper cuts, and hooks.

Training with Molly McDaniel today, I mistakenly figured I would just use her weights and go light. Since Molly is one of the strongest ladies in the country, "light" means I will still might have to squat and deadlift 400lbs+ just to keep up. đŸ˜€
