This transformation is more than weight loss — it’s proof of resilience.
This amazing lady started with our 5 AM Women’s Training Class back in April 2025. She faced setbacks, injuries, and moments that could have stopped her… but they didn’t.
She kept showing up.
She kept her morning routine.
She stayed committed to her health, even when it was hard.
In total, she’s down almost 60 pounds — but what she gained is even more powerful: confidence, strength, discipline, and the belief that she can do hard things.
This is what the 5 AM Club is all about.
Not perfection.
Not a straight line.
But choosing yourself again and again.
I’m incredibly proud of her journey. She’s proof that slow, steady, and consistent absolutely wins. 💙🔥👏
