Many of you know the fine folks at Hardheads Bar I'm Crystal Beach. If you don't, Cathy Hammond and her husband Tim have been long term sponsors of both the TCDYC and BYC with our anual events on Bolivar Peninsula. They are graciously letting us use the bar for some of the socials at the NACRA 50th. You guys be sure to bring out plenty of spending money to help them out, I'm sure they will have some kind of specials lined up for us while we are there.

What a fantastic regatta…. We had a good variety of wind that really brought out everyone’s best. We ran a 16nm distance race, W/L fixed mark course, double triangle buoy course, and a buoy course with lots of turns. The wind ranged from 3 to 15 knots. We had 30 degree shifts and current.

Thank you Roger Howard and your army of race committee that helped. This was definitely one of the best NAs I have done.

We decided to give the competitor signed class flags (donated by SLO Sails) to the one who raced all the races, but finished last in their class

Great job to Duly Chaltain & Brian Lambert for winning the top Prindle 19 Nationals trophy.
