Our first Crozet Wellness Crawl is Saturday, October 17, and we’re bringing nine local businesses together to help you try something new and discover more of what’s right here in our community.

Each stop will offer a complimentary experience—a chance to move, recover, explore, and meet the people behind these businesses.

Save the date for our Open House Weekend: October 17 + 18!

Whether you practice with us every week or it’s been a while since we’ve seen you, we’d love for you to come by, take a class, and spend some time with the Santosha community.

Whether you’re a mother, a caregiver, or simply someone who spends so much of your energy holding space for others, this is your invitation to let yourself be held.

Join us for Treat Yourself: Mother’s Day Sound Bath, Restorative Yoga + Reiki: a 90-minute heart-centered experience designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with gentle movement to open the body, then settle into restorative poses while being immersed in sound healing and Reiki.

Our Yoga for Tweens Summer Camp is designed to give kids ages 8–12 a supportive space to move, build confidence, and learn tools they can carry into everyday life.

Through yoga, games, breathwork, and mindfulness, they’ll develop:

✨ Strength and coordination
✨ Confidence and positive self-image
✨ Tools to manage stress and big emotions
✨ A deeper connection to themselves and others
