Just because itâs simple doesnât mean itâs easy.

There is so much to comb through when trying to figure out how to best exercise, eat, and recover. My approach is to always keep it simple. Success is not in the what, but in the how long.

The rules for keeping it simple (they arenât easy);
1. Consistency is key (think years not weeks, 3-4x/week for life)
2. You have to Move (lift weights 3x/week, move 7 days a week, sprinkle in some cardio based on your goals and needs)
3. You need sleep (all other recovery methods are inferior and a waste of time if you donât prioritize 7-8 hours everyday)
4. You need to eat good foods (1g of protein per pound body weight, carbs and fats as needed to reach your performance goals)
