Major SHOUTOUT to our guy Ken Hausmann‼️💪🏼

Ken has been a member at Strength For Today since the beginning of 2026 and the determination this guy shows is truly rare to see. He’s the definition of a worker - someone who will put his head down and attack the challenge in front of him head-on😤

Ken has a lot of goals and is working toward achieving those goals week in and week out. He’s incredibly disciplined, and not only does he never shy away from a challenge, he actually asks us trainers to give him even more challenges. He’s coming up on his 150th session here at SFT - watching this guy operate in the weight room over the last 10 months has been a joy to see and we can’t wait to watch his continued progress🙌🏼

Ella Eenigenburg (Crown Point Christian 🏀) is one of the hardest workers we’ve got here at Strength For Today🙌🏼

Since the day she first started in our youth program, Ella’s drive to be the best possible version of herself has been evident. She has an incredible work ethic for someone her age, and the results are starting to pour in. As coaches, these results are evident to us in every session she attends📈

Since joining our high school program, Ella has recently started to get into some more complex training. Her attention to detail, determination to perform each exercise properly and discipline to give it her all are three MAJOR reasons she’s been able to progress so quickly. We’re thrilled with her progress up to this point and cannot wait to see what’s in store for her in the future.💪🏼🙂‍↕️

Keep up the great work, Ella - we’re proud of you‼️

Three Ways to Help you Find Consistency in the Gym

The gym can be a frustrating topic for a lot of people. For most, this onset of frustration stems from an inability to accomplish tangible results. While there are many different factors that can lead to this lack of results, as someone who has been training clients for over 5 years now, I’ve noti...

Marisela Aguilar is a Friday SFT staple💪🏼

Marisela came to SFT with pretty extensive exercise experience, but this was her first crack at true strength training. Since starting, she has seen TREMENDOUS gains😤 Seemingly every week she stays committed to taking the next step📈

Marisela isn’t afraid of a challenge which is a huge reason she’s seen such growth. She stays consistent and pushes herself every time she steps foot in the door. That’s a great recipe for success😁

Charley Creech (Mount Caramel ⚾️) has had a STRONG start to his training over the last month here at SFT💪🏼

Charley came in with some clear goals and the right mindset to make it happen. He’s attacked every session he’s been in thus far and is well on his way to achieving those goals‼️🙂‍↕️

With Charley we’ve been setting the foundation of strength and movement which requires a pretty high level of detail. Charley has committed himself to the process and is already starting to reap the benefits📈

Keep up the great work Charley, can’t wait to see where the hard work takes you!🚀

Jen Recker is a 6AM ROCKSTAR‼️🫡

Jen is a strong part of our 6:00 crew here at Strength For Today and she’s got big goals!! Jen is incredible to work with - she’s always got a smile on her face and is always encouraging to those around her😁

Not to mention, Jen works incredibly hard in every single session she attends. She’s consistent, diligent, and is always striving to build the healthy habits that matter. We love having you here Jen, and we’re looking forward to many more early morning gains😎💪🏼

Our guy Gavin Goldasich (Hanover Central ⚾️) has been on the grind📈

Gavin came to SFT looking to put on muscle and get faster and his hard work is starting to pay off. Gavin’s a busy guy with weights at school and fall ball going on, yet he still makes a point to get into SFT at least once to ensure he’s seeing continued progress‼️💪🏼

Gavin has seen steady gains over the past couple months and is laying a solid athletic foundation for himself. We’re proud of the progress he’s made so far and are looking forward to seeing where his dedication will take him🙂‍↕️🚀

Bethany Knight is SFT’s September member of the month‼️

Earlier this month, Bethany completed her 100th (🤯) session and let me tell ya - she’s made the most out of each and every one of those 100 sessions.🙂‍↕️🙌🏼

Bethany is a true worker - she’s not the type that needs any extra motivation. She’s more the type to put her head down and not let anything stand in the way of her and her goals.

No matter what life throws her way Bethany stays true to the work. We love having her here at SFT and we’re looking forward to the next 100 sessions‼️💪🏼

John Williams (Taft⚾️) if SFT’s September athlete of the month‼️

There are several thing we take into account when trying to decide on the athlete of the month. John check all the boxes✅

John is here 3X per week - he doesn’t miss a session. That’s consistency. He gives his 100% no matter what he’s doing - that’s high effort. Lastly John pays a great amount of detail to every thing he does, whether it’s a brand new sprint drill or lift he’s done 50 times before🙌🏼

We’re so proud of John and the progress he’s seen over the last couple of months - this kid’s got big things in store‼️🫡

Alianna Madrigal is one of the hardest workers in Northwest Indiana💪🏼

Alianna started up at SFT almost a year ago now and has DEDICATED herself to the grind‼️ Need proof? Less than 5% of adult women can do a pull-up. Here’s her doing TEN🙂‍↕️

We love having Alianna here at SFT - not only is she an extremely hard worker, but she’s also very encouraging to all the folks she’s working out alongside. People like Alianna are what make SFT such a special place😁💪🏼
