Hey there folks! this is one of the questions I was asked.

People tend to believe getting fit means losing weight, or doing cardio will make your scale numbers go down. Actually, muscle is more dense than fat, which means, when you start running (specially if you weren’t doing any exercise before), your muscles start to grow while you lose fats (you lose fats slowlier than you gain muscle), making you gain weight which actually is a good sign.
